The Clouds That Look Like UFO's

They’re not alien ships—just nature showing off.
Lenticular clouds are rare, lens-shaped formations that hover near mountains like floating saucers. They form when moist, stable air flows over a mountain range, creating standing waves in the atmosphere. If the temperature drops just right at the crest of the wave, moisture condenses into a smooth, stationary cloud.
These clouds are most often spotted near mountain ranges like the Rockies, Andes, or Japan’s Mount Fuji. They're uncommon but not unheard of—especially if you’re in the right place at the right time.
Pilots and photographers love them. So do UFO conspiracists.
